Choudry revealed her workout secrets to Times of India. She says that she likes to work from home. She also says that this is what she did during the lockdown. “I somehow managed to stay fit through lockdown by doing online sessions with my trainer, Yashmin Karachiwala, and followed YouTube videos.
For Choudry, working out is a way to keep her mental state healthy. She tells Times of India, “With all of us being stuck in our homes, one thing we have to do is focus on our health. Working out helps me to keep my physical fitness and mental sanity. I got into such a good routine through the lockdown.”
Choudry described her fitness routine to Times of India. For her, exercise is all about consistency and variety. “I do pilates, strength training, and cardio. I go four times a week.”
Choudry tells Times of India that she isn’t trying to lose weight when she works out. “I don’t work out to be skinny or anything like that. As soon as work gets full-blown again, in terms of stage shows and shooting, you need to be fit to be in this line of work. It makes me really happy and I enjoy working out.”
Choudry makes sure to eat healthy. She tells Miss Malini that diet is the most important thing in her wellness routine. “There is no point in burning calories in a workout only to binge on junk food later,” she says. “80% of weight control is subject to a healthy diet.”
