Ross Pearson Joins Hd Fight Management Board Of Directors

LONDON, United Kingdom – HD Fighter Management is happy to announce a key addition to the HDFM executive board. Mr. Ross Pearson, who goes by the moniker, The Real Deal, is an English Mixed Martial Artist who holds a 26 match record in the UFC.

Pearson’s athlete background makes him uniquely qualified to take over the Athlete Recruitment and Development portfolio in the Australia region, where he currently resides. “Australia is a key territory for us moving forward to highlight talent for the major global mixed martial arts promotions and having Ross on the team is a huge positive to help us deliver this,” says Carl Messen, the Director of HDFM.

The three-time “Fight of the Night” winner has invested over 15 years in the world of combat sports. He started MMA training when he was 17 and has fought professionally in three weight divisions; welterweight, lightweight and featherweight.

Pearson now owns a gym called Central Coast MMA in New South Wales, Australia where he coaches UFC athlete Jamie Mullarkey and PFL standout Sam Kei, to name a few notable pro athletes that he is developing. So some would say he is already achieving his portfolio objectives.

The MMA veteran joins the board with immediate effect and brings a wealth of experience to the table. “A special mention goes out to HD Fight Management’s John Gillis for facilitating the move and getting this stellar appointment over the line,” adds Carl Messen.
