Three of the home sides key men are all suspended for this first leg. Mohamed Simakan, Willi Orban and Kevin Kampl all have to serve one-game suspensions after picking up too many yellows throughout the competition.
Amadou Haidara has also been out since the beginning of March and still isn’t fit – so he also won’t be featuring.
Rangers have quite an extensive injury list. Aaron Ramsay picked up a hamstring injury the other week, so he, unfortunately, won’t be available for Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s side. Kemar Roofe joins him on the sidelines with a knee injury.
Alfredo Morelos, Filip Helander and Ianis Hagi are also all out for the season so will not feature.

Head to Head
RB Leipzig: 1
Here are the odds that are being offered by various bookmakers:
RB Leipzig: 1/3
Prediction: RB Leipzig 2 – 1 Rangers
RB Leipzig are massive favorites going into this, which is probably rightly so – but Rangers certainly won’t go down without a fight.
We think Leipzig will prevail, but it won’t be as straightforward as some of the bookie’s odds make out. We’ll go 2-1. Game on still for the second leg.
