Coach Gidley Recapping the Match:
“So incredibly proud of this team and how far they have come. This was exactly the situation we wanted the match to come down to. Three-all in matches and then a third set match to decide it. For Vivian Glozman to close out her career undefeated in singles play at the No. 1 position is insane. So much credit to her di lei to go 19-0 in the regular season and the conference tournament… WOW. Then our four-year senior, Alex Kuo finished on a strong note. To win in straight sets against UNLV was incredible. Al’s coachability and her work ethic di lei is was got her to this moment. Not many seniors get to win their last career match, so that was bittersweet. We were a young team and we can take a lot from this season. We are already looking forward to next season. ”
